A new concept on the market. As used sucessfully by William Fox Pitt and Ellen Whittaker.
The cheek piece uses the concept of a rope gag and instead of using that pressure to apply poll action it is used to apply curb pressure instead.
Can be used with two reins.
The mouthpiece is a blue Sweet Iron with a lozenge for comfort. Used a lot for horses that have been difficult to bit. It is not a severe bit but it does use a different pressure point on the horse. |
