Online and Telephone Orders:
Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability and is charged at Royal Mail 1st Class Registered Post according to weight of item. Items over £80.00 will be sent out Special Delivery.
Orders received by 3pm on a working day will be sent out the same day.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason or you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us within seven days of receipt of goods and we will be happy to exchange or refund as long as the product is in the condition it was received, unused and in its orginal packaging. Postage and packing charges are non refundable unless the item was faulty.We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do. We advise that if you are returning a product that you use a recordable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.
Faulty goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your product been faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on 01664 812298.
Changing or cancelling your order:
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order please call 01664 812298 (If your order has been processed in the warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard credit cards, as well as Solo, Visa and Maestro debit cards.

Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and VAT is added and shown separately at the current rate when you checkout. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
