Hanging Cheeks also known as Bauchers. A few years ago this bit was not permitted for dressage but happily this rule has been changed. The Hanging cheek looks rather like a top part of a Pelham and does create poll pressure. Ideal for horses with a high head carriage. Can be used as a Bradoon with your Double Bridle. Now available in many styles including  new lozenge versions.
