The Nathe Pelham with Hard Port Mouthpiece has been crafted from high-quality Thermoplast which is solvent-free, anti-allergenic and has a smooth surface. This material is temperature neutral and has high flexibility even when cold.

This bit gives an impact on the mouth, poll and lower jaw, and offers variable rein options to adjust the leverage effect on the poll. The port in the centre relieves pressure on the middle of the tongue. Suitable for strong horses, it can be used with a curb chain which limits the leverage effect on the poll and acts on the lower jaw (curb chain not included).

This pelham comes complete with bit guards that protect the lips and a steel core in the mouthpiece for strength.
